How do I return or exchange my products?
We at Custom Keychain strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However, if you receive an incorrect / damaged product, you can mail us at email@example.com and send the product back to us at the following address.

Can Custom Keychain arrange for the product to be picked up from my address?
Reverse pickup will be arranged only in the following conditions.
Product damaged when received. Recived wrong product. Product is defective in any way.
Will I have to pay for returning the products?
No, We will bear the postal charges .
I have received a wrong / defective product. How do I proceed?
send us images of the product at firstname.lastname@example.org or +91 8778212579 and our Customer Care Executive will get back to you. We will arrange for a reverse pickup and once we have received the product, we will issue a refund or resend of your order.
Can I get a refund on a cancelled order?
Due to the nature of the product you wont be able to cancell your order
you can cancel your order only if : you are canceling within one hour of placing the order. you have not recived the product in 60 days from placing the order. your order is not dispatched within 20 days from placing the order. you are willing to pay 30% of the product price as penality.
On cancelation of ur order refund will be initiated
